When you rent our building whether it’s for an event or for just a shoot, you have exclusive and private access to our studio room for photoshoots, video shoots, headshots, content creation, and so much more!

OUR STUDIO ROOM
If you rent Atelier, you will have access to our 8 paper backdrops along with all our seasonal furniture. We have a white bed with a white comforter. We have couches, bar stools, and other items popping in and out of the space. Options to other rental items are available in our rental room - for access to the rental room and other props, add “rental room access” during check out.
Our studio room is included in every rental and is adorned with expansive windows, generously bathing the space in breathtaking natural light. Additionally, we've thoughtfully included a convenient changing room for effortless outfit changes during photo sessions. A clothing rack complete with hangers is also provided, allowing you to neatly hang your wardrobe choices.

MOVE IT AND MAKE IT YOUR OWN:
Everything in the studio is meant to be moved (including the bed).
You are welcome to move anything into the gathering space room if you would like for your shoots & events as well, just make sure you put it back where you found it!
COUCHES, CHAIRS, AND PROPS:
Most of our additional props not in the studio room are held in our rental room. Visit our Rentals page to see what is CURRENTLY IN STUDIO and what additional items are available for a small additional flat add-on fee for access to our rentals room.

As photographers and content creators ourselves, we understand the need for last minute items that help elevate not only your client experience, but make not having to think about these things a big bonus to renting our studio space.
We have a changing room, a clothing rack with hangers, a speaker equipped with Amazon Alexa to play your favorite music, HVAC controllers, baby wipes , lint rollers, a hand-held steamer, lens wipes, emergency sewing kit, a hand-held vacuum, and Downy Wrinkle spray available for your use in ours studio room as needed.
